DOG LICENSING Program - Citzenserve

Please note that the dog license fees have CHANGED to:

$10.00 for a spayed or neutered dog and $15.00 for an intact dog!! 

**Please note that rabies vaccinations much be completed by 6 months of age and as such, licensing before that time is at the discretion of the owner.**

To access the Dog Licensing module, please navigate to the online portal listed below. Log in with your *existing account credentials or, for new owners, create an account by choosing the "Register Now" option. Once logged into the system, navigate to the Licensing Module and choose the appropriate option to Apply or Renew your current dog license. Follow the prompts to complete the form and pay for your license. Once we receive your application and payment, we will process and mail you the dog tag. Please see the screenshots below.
