Although we’re sad to postpone the Alumni Banquet again due to the circumstances surrounding COVID, we’re encouraged by the number of Alumni who donated last year, and the feedback we receive shows how the Association is still going strong as one of the longest-running high school alumni groups in the U.S.

We now look forward to May 21, 2022, as the next date for the banquet, when hopefully, things are close to normal! In the meantime, we’re busy and could use your help with communicating and in our fundraising efforts:

MHS Scholarship Fundraiser: As we do every year, we are raising funds for the annual scholarships for graduating seniors. We hope Alumni will renew annual dues ($5) and be able to send a tax-deductible donation. Payment can be made by mailing a check (payable to MHS Alumni Association) to PO Box 230 Medway, MA 02053.

Alumni Board Elections: In May, the terms of all 7 board positions expire. We are accepting nominations for 1-year board terms until May 25 via email (MedwayHighAlumni@gmail.com) or regular mail and will post nominees on our website on June 1. You can vote for board members until midnight June 14 via email, regular mail, or at the website.

Hall of Excellence Nominees: We are accepting nominations for the 2021 MHS Hall of Excellence until April 18 via email, regular mail, or our website (go to Contact Us). Include nominee’s name, year of graduation, and a summary of accomplishments. To see qualifications and past inductees, visit the Hall of Excellence section of our website. (medwayhighalumni.com)

Help Us Communicate: It will be a big help if you provide your email address at our website by clicking on and submitting your information. We’re also ramping up our announcements via the website (medwayhighalumni.com), our Facebook page (Medway High School Alumni Association), and Twitter (@high_medway).
