Agenda items include a public hearing on the Fiscal water and sewer rates, a discussion/vote on the proposed changes to the street naming policy, a discussion on the Attorney General's ruling on Battery Energy Storage Systems Bylaw, the authorization to expend grant funds for the Emergency Management Planning grant, declare Rebecca Purcell's position on Indigenous People's Day Committee, request for change of hours for package store wine and malt license at Ocean State Job Lot, contract with New England School Services for library exterior vestibule door, contract amendment with Lawrence Waste Services for recycling collection at the Recycling Center, Energy, and Sustainability Committee Update, a presentation on the concept plan for the Middle School stormwater control measures, contract with Gorman and Richardson for fire, police, town hall feasibility study, select board fiscal 2024 liaison positions, annual appointments, and Medway Grid process update.
