The recent lottery for affordable apartments at Hathon* - 39 Main St. has left numerous vacancies for low and moderate-income households, which will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis.

Upon registration on a waiting list, ALL applications (market rate and affordable) are subject to a background check which can include a review of income, prior occupancies, and criminal record*. Once approved, a more detailed application is reviewed for eligibility as an affordable tenancy.
