Preliminary bills will be going out the on June 30th and will be due August 2nd, 2017.  This bill is the 1st quarter bill for Fiscal Year 2018 and it is based on what is at the property on July 1st, 2017 and last year’s tax rate of $17.92 per thousand of value.
