The contractor will continue installing catch basins and connecting them to the main drain line.  A second crew will be doing full depth reclamation starting at Winthrop Street heading toward Pond Street. They will be grinding up the asphalt, grading and rolling the road surface. When that is complete they will start digging down 21” and replacing the grindings and dirt with 12” of  good road gravel in preparation for putting down the Base and binder courses of hot top, from Lincoln Street to Pond Street.
