The Town of Medway seeks a permananet, part-time Outreach Coordinator.
This position provides professional, direct social services to Medway's senior population. The Senior Center Outreach Coordinator educates and connects older adults with available health, wellness, financial assistance, and support programs while helping them navigate community resources.
Responsibilities include coordinating services with local social service and public safety agencies, developing programs in partnership with volunteers and community organizations, and providing crisis intervention and support to seniors as needed. This position reports to the Council on Aging Director and is eligible for benefits.
