We received good news from the contractor today! Starting tomorrow, November 2 at 7:00 a.m. the base and binder courses of asphalt will be installed at the West Street bridge. The installation of the berm is scheduled for Wednesday (11/3) or Thursday (11/4) of this week (dependent on how the work progresses), followed by guardrail installation on Monday, 11/8 & Tuesday, 11/9.  The top course of asphalt will be scheduled once the guardrail work is complete.
